Site plans for Epstein's personal tropical island among the released materials.
Additionally featured in this recent photograph release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had created development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by building residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a legend detailing distinct sections of the property.
Accompanying this are what seem to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, including layouts for marina coverings.
Additional materials released as part of the current congressional disclosure.
